Great shout-out to Caylan, the reception staff working on Tuesday, and some of the waiters in the Cast Iron Grill restaurant were great. The TV in o e room wasn't working; we were put into another room and the TV wasn't working eirher. We were given another room but I decided to stay in 2nd room given. Within minutes, Caylan had the maintenance guy up to look at the TVs. He further went on to get us bathrobes and slippers and even had the chef send me a piece of chocolate cake which was nicely decorated on a plate. The food in thh evening was a lot better standard. Thanks to Caylan, evening chef and staff. Also, had a very good night's sleep.

The bedroom was clean and spacious with probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. We ate at the Cast Iron Grill for breakfast both days and also booked dinner there one evening. The food was outstanding, with an excellent selection for breakfast and also sufficient variety in the evening. The service and the food quality was excellent. We visited the leisure area and used the pool, sauna and steam room. It was very quiet when we stayed so we had no difficulty with the facilities being too busy. All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

They went above and beyond for everything. We called two hours away from the hotel asking if there was any chance we could check in early (12:30 compared to their 3pm time). When we arrived, everything was ready for us. There is someone on reception 24/7 so no worry for anything. They have a snack bar downstairs for a low price for products. They are very friendly and polite. Will be visiting again! Brilliant spacious rooms, everything you’d need in your room.

Room had all we needed apart from a fridge. Large bed, comfortable mattress, desk for work & complimentary water. Bathroom was good, a tad dated but maintained well and tidy. Room cleaning - spot on. They did a great job. Room service was efficient and food tasty. Breakfast - good choice of food items and staff very welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating for a family with small child.

Lovely location was there for a wedding and we decided to stay that night and have breakfast. Cannot fault it was a lovely hotel and great breakfast with a lot of choice from a traditional fry up to healthy granola, something for everyone. Absolute bonus that check out is at 12pm not often you see that at hotels usually 10am or 11am. This gave us time to eat and pack without a mad rush.
